Paradox Lake

1 design

Paradox Lake is a five-mile-long lake in the town of Schroon, Essex County, New York, inside the Adirondack Park. It connects to Schroon Lake by way of the Schroon River, a tributary of the Hudson. The hamlet of Paradox sits at the lake's eastern end on Route 74, near the town line, and the hamlet of Severance lies at its western end, a short distance from Exit 28 of the Adirondack Northway. New York State maintains public campsites on the lake.
