You have 30 days from delivery to return anything bought from Homeroom, for any reason. No account needed, no form to hunt for — email us and we will send return instructions.

The short version

• 30-day window, from the day it arrives.
• Return by mail. We’ll send the address and instructions.
• Full refund to the original payment method once it reaches us.
• Unworn and unwashed, with tags on.
• You pay return postage if you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size.
• We pay everything if the item is faulty, misprinted, or not what you ordered — no postage, no deductions, and you don’t need to send it back before we fix it.
• United States only.

Faulty or misprinted

Send a photo within 30 days. We remake it or refund it in full, your choice, and the return costs you nothing. Everything is made one piece at a time and occasionally a piece comes out wrong — that is our problem, not yours.

Sizing

Measurements are on every product page. These are relaxed unisex fits and they run generous. Measure a shirt you already like and compare — it is faster than guessing.

Garment-dyed colour varies slightly between dye lots. That is a property of the finish, not a fault, and it is not grounds for a free return — though the 30-day window still covers you.
