The short version: everything is made after you order it, we ship within the United States, and if something arrives wrong we fix it. The longer version is below.
Nothing here sits in a warehouse. Each piece is printed or embroidered after you order it, which is why there are so many designs and why it takes a few days longer than something already in a box.
Delivery windows on this site are honest estimates from our printer — typically 4 to 10 business days for printed garments and 12 to 15 for embroidered caps — not guarantees. Carrier delays and holidays happen. If an order passes the top of its window, email us and we will chase it.
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Extended sizes cost a little more to make and that difference is stated on the product page, never added as a surprise at checkout.
We may correct an obvious pricing error before an order ships. If we do, you will be told first and may cancel for a full refund.
Thirty days from delivery, for any reason, unworn and unwashed with tags on. If the item is faulty, misprinted or not what you ordered, we pay the postage both ways and you keep no obligation. If you simply changed your mind, you pay return postage.

Every design on this site refers to a place — a road, a neighbourhood, a lake, a town. Some of those place names are also used by schools, teams, clubs and other organisations, because that is how towns work.
Homeroom is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any school, school district, athletic team, league or other organisation. Nothing sold here is official merchandise of anyone. The names refer to the places themselves.
The lettering, artwork and photographs on this site belong to Homeroom. You are buying a garment, not a licence to reproduce the design.
Do not attempt to break, scrape at scale, or interfere with the store or anyone else's use of it. We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, and we will refund it in full when we do.
If we get your order wrong, we will replace it or refund it — that is the remedy, and our responsibility is limited to what you paid for the order. We are not responsible for things genuinely outside our control, such as a carrier losing a parcel it says it delivered, though we will help you fight it.
Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Homeroom operates from Rochester, New York, ships within the United States only, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
