  • Made to order in 3–4 weeks. We set your lettering and email you a proof before anything is made.
  • Custom orders can’t be returned or exchanged. Each one is made for you alone. If yours arrives faulty, or isn’t what your approved proof showed, we remake it or refund it.
  • We reserve the right to decline any custom request, at our discretion. If we decline yours, you are refunded in full.
  • Names we can’t print: trademarks that aren’t yours (pro teams, leagues, brands). The one exception is a fundraiser, where a school or a club asks us to print its own name for its own people: start a fundraiser.
