Bel Air

1 design

Bel-Air is a residential subdivision in the town of Brighton, just outside Rochester in Monroe County. It occupies a triangle formed by Winton Road, Highland Avenue and Monroe Avenue, just north of Twelve Corners, the town's central commercial district and the location of Brighton High School and Twelve Corners Middle School. Developed in the 1920s, the neighborhood has 437 homes, many in Tudor or colonial style, on streets with mature trees, sidewalks and street lights. The Bel-Air Neighborhood Association, formed in the 1980s, organizes residents through street representatives for every street.
