Clover Street is the name New York State Route 65 carries north of Honeoye Falls, running through Mendon, Pittsford and Brighton to East Avenue. In Pittsford it passes the western edge of Mendon Ponds Park, crosses the New York State Thruway, meets Calkins Road and Jefferson Road, and crosses the Erie Canal before reaching Monroe Avenue at the Brighton line. The Hopkins Farm on Clover Street is one of the family farms still operating in a town that was largely agricultural before suburban development began in the 1950s.
