Jefferson Road

Jefferson Road is the local name of New York State Route 252, an east–west state highway south of Rochester in Monroe County. The road takes the Jefferson name at the Genesee River in Chili and runs east through Henrietta into Pittsford, where it passes the Locust Hill Country Club at the town line and a string of residential neighborhoods before becoming West Jefferson Road at Clover Street. It ends in the village of Pittsford at South Main Street, after passing Pittsford Sutherland High School. Jefferson Road Elementary School, one of the Pittsford district's five elementary schools, takes its name from the road.
