
Evans Farm is a residential neighborhood in south-central Brighton, Monroe County, generally bounded by Westfall Road on the north, Edgewood Avenue on the east, Danforth Crescent and Dartford Road on the south, and Hunters Lane and Idlewood Road on the west. The neighborhood sits on a tract of land that was once a farmstead owned by the Evans family; the housing tract was first developed in the late 1950s and comprises just over 350 homes. The Brighton Senior Center and Brighton Recreation are housed in the former Brookside School just off Idlewood Road, and the town of Brighton itself had a population of 37,137 at the 2020 census.
