Ferndale Manor
Ferndale Manor is the name of a special lighting district in the Town of Brighton (district code BR306), listed with 44 parcels in the town's adopted 2026 budget of tax levies and special district tax rates, alongside districts such as Home Acres, Meadowbrook, Roselawn and Houston Barnard. The town's commercial hub is Twelve Corners, where Winton Road, Monroe Avenue and Elmwood Avenue intersect, and the Erie Canal runs through Brighton accompanied by the Erie Canal Heritage Trail.

The front reads FERNDALE MANOR in arched collegiate lettering. The tee comes in 13 garment-dyed colors: Açai Berry, Samantha Blue, Light Ice, Collegiate Crimson, Teal Good Inc, Crème Fraîche, Pasta Wheat, Lilac Szn, Concrete, Erie Blue, Boathouse Blue, Faded Predawn and Strawberry Cloud.
