MacFarlan Farms is one of the named neighborhoods of Brighton, Monroe County, New York. Brighton is a town in Monroe County, New York, on the southeastern border of Rochester, with a population of 37,137 at the 2020 census. Established in 1814 and named for Brighton, England, it remained a farming and brick-making community until the 20th century, when it became a suburban residential area of about 15 square miles. Its commercial hub is Twelve Corners, and the Erie Canal and its heritage trail run through the town.
