Where Life is Worth Living

from $54

Webster is a town in the northeastern corner of Monroe County, New York, bordered by Lake Ontario to the north and Irondequoit Bay to the west, and its motto is 'Where Life Is Worth Living'. The town was carved from the northern part of Penfield on February 6, 1840, and named for Daniel Webster after local farmers heard him speak in Rochester in 1837. It had a population of 45,327 at the 2020 census and contains the village of Webster at its center. Webster Park covers 550 acres along the Lake Ontario shore.
