Allens Creek
Allens Creek Road runs between Brighton and Pittsford in Monroe County, crossing the corridor where the old Auburn Railroad alignment passes just east of Interstate 590. A section of that alignment is open as a trail through Brighton down to Allens Creek Road, and the Auburn Trail picks up again southeast of Clover Street in the Town of Pittsford on its way to the Erie Canal trail at Grove Street. A short stretch of Allen Creek Road in Brighton is designated Monroe County Route 60. Allen Creek is also the name of an elementary school in the Pittsford Central School District.
