Willard Road
Willard Road is a road in the town of Pittsford, Monroe County, New York, in the 14534 ZIP code. Pittsford was a largely agricultural community of family farms before suburban development took hold in the 1950s, and the Willard Farm is still counted among the town's operating family farms alongside the Hopkins, Powers and Sweeney farms. The town, settled in 1789 and named for Pittsford, Vermont, had a population of 30,617 at the 2020 census and is crossed by the Erie Canal. Under its 1996 Greenprint Plan, Pittsford bought the development rights to two-thirds of its remaining farmland, the first town in New York State to preserve open space that way.
