
Neighborhood of the Arts is one of the named neighborhoods of Rochester, Monroe County, New York. NOTA (Neighborhood of the Arts) is one of the 35 Rochester neighborhoods defined by Celebrate City Living, a partnership program between the city government and the Rochester Coalition for Neighborhood Living, alongside Park Avenue, Monroe Village, Upper Monroe and South Wedge. The Neighborhood of the Arts Business Association (NOTABA) is a volunteer-operated association of the businesses, artists and service organizations located in Rochester's Neighborhood of the Arts, with the stated purpose of helping NOTA grow into a commercial arts district. NOTABA describes the neighborhood as home to galleries, studios, museums, theaters, shops, restaurants and bars, with events including an art walk held throughout the year; its membership dues fund neighborhood beautification and neighborhood-wide events.
