The Neighborhood of the Arts, usually shortened to NOTA, is one of the 35 neighborhoods recognized by the City of Rochester's Celebrate City Living program, in the city's southeast quadrant near North Goodman Street. Its business association, NOTABA, is a volunteer-run group of the galleries, studios, museums, theaters, shops and restaurants located in the neighborhood, working to develop it as a commercial arts district. The association funds neighborhood beautification and neighborhood-wide events, including an art walk, and is based at 274 North Goodman Street in the 14607 ZIP code.
